Pulaski students start clothing drive

Looking to make a difference for those in need, two sixth grade students at Pulaski Middle School recently started a clothing drive and are asking the community for support.
After noticing that some classmates weren’t as fortunate as others, students Vivian Laselle and Marisol Briggs came up with the idea of starting the Blue Devil Clothing Drive to try to combat the issue.
“We’re so fortunate to have so many clothes, so we want others to be that fortunate too,” said Laselle.
Briggs said that she sees the drive as an opportunity to give back to the community, noting, “It’s sad to think that some aren’t as fortunate as others. We want to change that.”
Community members interesting in donating to the drive can drop clothes off at the security desk at the main entrance of the building.
