Fifteen Inducted into National Honor Society

Fifteen students at Pulaski High School were recently honored for their character, scholarship, leadership and service by being inducted into the Pulaski Chapter of the National Honor Society.

In an auditorium full of proud family members, friends and teachers, the inductees were celebrated for their commitment to their academics and their community.

"There is a purpose in this ceremony, and that is to honor the greatness in our school and community and to honor what we value in young people," said Principal Mike Bateson.

To qualify for National Honor Society, inductees must have at least a 90 percent GPA since entering high school, as well as display high character. Each of the 15 inductees earned their way into the society by  participating in community projects, fundraisers and other volunteer work.

The following students were inducted during the ceremony: Benjamin Carguello, Brandon Caufield, Emma Greulich, Daniel Hefti, Samantha Hefti, Kalista Kimball, Emily Klein, Amanda Lallier, Sophie Lawrence, Erin Maneeley, Mackenzie Mooney, Daniel Novak, Dylan Occhino, Haven Phillips, Lani Ward.
