Pulaski Middle-High School Announces Educators of the Year

Pulaski Middle-High School recognized its Middle School and High School Educators of the Year at the school's end-of-year celebration, honoring outstanding commitment and lasting impact on students and the community.
Middle school students selected Caroline Hendrick as the 2025 Middle School Educator of the Year. Hendrick was praised by students for her dedication, commitment, and unwavering support in the classroom.
For the high school, this year’s recognition took a unique turn. Rather than honoring a single educator, the student government and student body chose to collectively recognize three veteran teachers whose combined service spans almost a century. Scott Jones, Kristen Marciniak, and Butch Taplin were named as the 2025 High School Educators of the Year. Together, they have contributed a combined 90 years to PACS, and have shaped generations of students through their decades of dedication.
“These three individuals have left a lasting mark on our school and our community,” said Jordan Fahnestock, Principal of the middle-high school. “They truly are a shining example of what a dedicated teacher looks like. On behalf of the entire PACS community, we thank them for everything they’ve done, and wish them all the best in retirement.”
