Pulaski Senior Explores Career in Law Enforcement Through State Trooper Ride-Along

Pulaski High School senior Covin Rembowski recently gained valuable experience by spending the day with New York State Trooper Ben Freeman during a ride-along.
The opportunity gave Covin a firsthand look at what a career as a state trooper entails, from serving the community to keeping local roads safe. The ride-along allowed Covin to observe daily operations, interact with community members and see the impact of law enforcement on public safety.
The experience was offered as part of the Pulaski Central School District’s ongoing commitment to enrichment-based learning, which provides students with real-world opportunities to explore potential career paths and develop essential skills.
“We’re grateful to Trooper Freeman for dedicating his time to our students,” said Amy LaDue, the College and Career Advisor at Pulaski Middle-High School. “Opportunities like this help our students connect classroom learning to real-life experiences and prepare them for their futures.”
The district expressed its appreciation to Trooper Freeman and the New York State Police for supporting Pulaski students as they explore career opportunities.
