Pulaski Art Club Hosts Pumpkin Making Night for Staff
Staff members at Pulaski High School were recently treated to a night of pottery and laughter during the Art Club’s Make Your Own Pumpkin Night.
Held over the course of two evenings, the event started with each person receiving a lump of clay. They were then taught how to form it into a pumpkin. Once the clay was formed, it then glazed and fired, resulting in a wonderful finished product. This event is one of many that helps fund the Art Club’s supplies, events, and field trips. It was open to district staff at Pulaski, as well as their families and friends.
“We all had a great time,” said Art Teacher Stacey Walton. “I’m very happy with how enthusiastic my students are to help out with these events, and it was great to see so many people laughing and creating art together!”
