Students and staff at Lura Sharp Elementary were recently treated to a bakery, operated by their very own peers.

This bakery was set up as a skill-building workshop for students in Lura Sharp's ESY program. Students were able to learn valuable skills such as handling money, customer service interactions, counting and much more. 

Located in the school's main lobby, the bakery included all the essentials of a real business, such as a sign, menu, gloves and other safety equipment, and, of course, a wide selection of delicious baked goods.
